The examination department issues the following certificates.

5. Percentage/CGPA Certificate
Note: Processing time starts after submission of documents:
1. ORDINARY: Twenty (20) working days.
2. URGENT: Ten (10) working days.
3. *Most urgent two (02) working days.

Requirements
- Prescribed application form available from Downloads
- Fee deposit slip for the applicable document charges
- No dues clearance from library, department, hostel and accounts
- Copy of CNIC and the last issued academic document
